About Ottawa Building Services
Ottawa Building Service started largely by accident. The company founders met at a window cleaning company in Ottawa in the late 90s. We had a friend in property management that was working with an unreliable property maintenance company. With nowhere to turn, he asked his friends if we could go out and help him take care of the grounds to keep the owners (his bosses) happy. We were happy to help him out for a small fee of pizza and wings after the job was done. His boss was thrilled with the work that was done and invited us to complete more work the very next weekend.
We quickly began gaining a great reputation in the community from all the work we were doing for property managers that we began to do our business full time. The same level of friendly service remains at the forefront of our company values and mission. Each job we take on is treated like we are doing a favor for a close friend or family member. OBS prides itself on upholding an incredibly high standard of excellence relating to customer service and end job results. Our clients have always been what drives OBS to provide better and better service each and every day.
